Gluck settles two! Matt has been working on developing a mediation practice, and recently settled two disputes. The second was a pre-arbitration dispute between a commercial landlord and tenant. It was very gratifying to be able to help these parties resolve their disputes without moving forward with expensive litigation or arbitration!
