Don is a veteran trial lawyer with over four decades of jury trial and arbitration experience. He zealously protects and defends his clients against federal prosecutors and enforcement lawyers who work for the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Don also represents investors and investment professionals in securities arbitration cases. During the course of his lengthy legal career, Don has served as an assistant D.A. in Manhattan, as a federal prosecutor in New Jersey, as Deputy General Counsel at UBS, and as a partner at a trio of large international law firms. In 2020, he left "BigLaw" and Wall Street behind and opened his own firm so he could focus on advocating for individuals and small businesses.
